Our firm has been advisor of a deal for the acquisition of a historical and important real estate property in Magreglio (Lake Como) on behalf of foreign clients (South Africa). We assisted the clients by drawing up a complete project of formation of the vehicle company, organisation of the necessary financial means and interface with the law firm, part of our network.
We had already assisted them in previous real estate investments in Italy of a much larger size. We will continue to assist them in the future renovation and management of this last building.
We are delighted not only with the success we have had with our foreign clients and their new Italian company but also that a future re-opening of the venue will be important to the local community on Lake Como.
